1. First you must visit www.neteller.com and click on “Open Account”.
2. Enter your name and email address (NETELLER will send you an instantaneous verification email to address you input). Click on “Continue”.
3. Input your desired password and Security question. You must check the Terms of Use agreement box and then click on “Send Email to ”
4. Your email address will instantaneously receive an email from NETELLER which informs you of your NETELLER Account ID and NETELLER Secure ID.
5. Return to the NETELLER homepage (www.neteller.com) and click on “Sign In”.
6. Enter you Account ID, Secure ID, and password (entered in step 3). Click on “Sign In”.
7. You must then Deposit funds into you NETELLER account. The following methods are at your disposal:
a. Credit Cards
b. Bank wire or bank deposit by using NETELLER's Bank Accounts in the US & Canada. You must contact NETELLER at: 1-888-258-5859, or,
c. Electronic Fund Transfer is only available to user’s with a U.S Bank Account.
d. InstaCash Electronic Fund Transfer
8. Lastly, cetifying your NETELLER Account:
a. A US customer will be debited and credited with two micro payments by NETELLER in their US Bank Account. The US customer must find the amounts of these two transactions in his Bank statement.
Then, he must log into his NETELLER account and click on “Verify Bank Account”. Input the micro payment amounts and your NETELLER Account will be certified.
b. International NETELLER users are required to send via Fax a copy of their Photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and a copy of their Credit Card (front and back) to +1.268.481.4949.
